Once you’ve collected and checked all your artwork, you can upload everything here for our team to start creating your design.
Before uploading, take a few minutes to check the steps below. Sending everything together and correctly prepared helps us process your artwork smoothly and avoids unnecessary delays.
Before You Upload
Make sure you have everything
Please wait until all drawings are ready before uploading your files.
Before you submit:
- Check every drawing against your class or participant list to make sure no one has been missed.
- Have your logo and completed layout selection form ready.
- Upload all drawings and supporting files together in one submission.
- Make sure all files are saved as JPEGs.
- If drawings need to appear in a specific order, scan and name them in the exact order required.
Check Your Scans
A quick check now can save time later
Before uploading, open your scanned files and make sure:
- Each drawing is clear and easy to see.
- Drawings aren't overlapping.
- All images are facing the same way.
- Nothing has been cut off around the edges.
- Your files meet the required resolution.
Required resolution:
Black and white artwork: 300dpi
Colour artwork: 300dpi
File format: JPEG only
If you have a large number of scans, please contact our team and we'll provide a link to a folder for your files.
Rather Not Scan Everything Yourself?
You can post your original drawings to us
Scanning a whole school's artwork can take time, so you don't have to do it yourself.
Simply send your drawings to us and our team can process them for you.
