We’ll send you everything you need to get started, including pre-cut drawing cards, the correct pens, easy-to-follow instructions and helpful tips. There’s no upfront cost and our experienced team is here if you need help along the way.

Decide whether you’d like to create tea towels, aprons, tote bags or a combination and choose the design style that works for your group. We’ll guide you through the options so you don’t need to figure it all out yourself.

Create & Collect
Get the kids involved, spread the word and start taking orders.
Get the kids drawing
This is the fun part. Children can create self-portraits, handprints, messages or their own artwork using the materials provided in your Coordinator Kit. Once everyone’s finished, simply check your list to make sure no child has been missed.
Promote your fundraiser and collect orders
Let your families know the fundraiser is underway and start taking orders. We’ll provide ready-made marketing materials to help you promote it and you can choose to use our online family ordering option to make collecting orders even easier.
You choose the selling price, so you’re in control of how much your fundraiser raises.

Send us your artwork
Once you’ve collected the children’s drawings, send them to us by post or upload them online along with your chosen layout.
Every drawing is prepared by a real person
We don’t simply upload your children’s artwork and push a button. Every drawing is individually scanned, checked, cleaned and resized by a real person before being carefully placed into your design.
Approve your design
We’ll email you a proof of the finished design before anything goes to print. Check that you’re happy with everything and if small changes are needed, just let us know. Once approved, you’ll confirm your final quantities and we’ll take care of the rest.
Tip:Consider ordering a few extras. Once families see the finished products, we often find someone wishes they’d ordered another!
Print, Pack & Deliver
Your finished keepsakes arrive ready to share with families.
Your keepsakes go to print
Once your design and quantities are approved, your products are professionally printed and generally ready to ship within 7–10 working days.
We make distribution easier too
Your products arrive neatly folded, and we include complimentary order bags to make packing, labelling and distributing orders to families easier.
All that’s left is to tally your profit and watch families discover their keepsakes.

As a general guide, allow around 4–6 weeks from getting started through to receiving your finished products.
Absolutely. We offer a range of design and layout options, or our experienced team can help bring your children’s artwork together into the finished design.
Yes. Our minimum is 40 units per design.
For designs containing 250 or more drawings, a minimum order of 100 units applies.
Self-portraits are always popular, but you can also include handprints, names, messages, class details, your school logo and other children's artwork.
Absolutely. We work with schools, preschools, childcare centres, clubs and community groups across Australia.
The process can be adapted to suit groups of different ages and sizes.
