Welcome to the website of Expressions Fundraising ("we," "us," or "our"), located at https://www.expressions.com.au. By accessing, browsing or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Overview

Applicability: These terms apply to all visitors, schools, childcare centres, clubs, coordinators, parents and customers who use our website, request kits or submit custom artwork orders.

2. Orders and Fundraising Projects

Coordinator Kits: Ordering a fundraising kit or sample kit incurs no obligation unless otherwise specified.

Artwork Submission & Approval:

Customers are responsible for submitting drawings, logos and layout information according to our specified guidelines.

Proofs will be emailed to the designated project coordinator. Approval of the artwork proof is final. Expressions Fundraising is not responsible for spelling errors, missing names or formatting issues once the final proof is approved by the coordinator.

Minimum Order Quantities: Minimum order requirements apply for specific fundraising products as stated in our current pricing guide.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Profits

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Final payments must be settled according to the payment terms on your invoice (7 days from invoice), unless credit terms have been formally arranged.

Fundraising margins and profits earned by your organisation are calculated based on your final retail price set relative to our wholesale/product cost.

4. Custom Printing & Product Variations

Due to the custom screen printing and digital printing processes on textiles (such as organic cotton tea towels, aprons and bags), minor variations in print position, colour matching and fabric texture may occur and are inherent to bespoke production.

5. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Custom Artwork Goods: Because our products are custom-printed with specific artwork, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or user error (e.g., misspelled names approved during proofing).

Defective Items: If items arrive damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence to arrange a replacement or credit.

6. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights

By submitting artwork, logos and drawings to us, you warrant that you have the right or permission to use those images.

You retain ownership of submitted artwork, but grant Expressions Fundraising a royalty-free license to use, reproduce and print the artwork for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and creating your fundraising products.

Website content, text, designs, graphics and logos belonging to Expressions Fundraising are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expressions Fundraising will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or reliance on information provided on the site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
