With Expressions, you can order printed tea towels, bags or aprons, personalise the pricing to suit your community and keep the profits. Many schools sell Expressions Tea Towels for $18-$30 each, while bags and aprons often sell at $25-$30 each. That’s a healthy margin on a low-cost, high-impact product and all while showcasing students’ creativity.

We believe in empowering fundraising schools with transparent, flexible pricing. The cost per item decreases as your order quantity increases, meaning the more you sell, the more you raise. Pricing is per unique design. Want one design for juniors and one for seniors? No worries, just remember each will have its own price tier.

Some Fine Print
- Prices are inclusive of artwork design, up to two rounds of design ammendments, set up & silk screen costs, printing, folding, order bags and gst.
- Minimum order is 40 per design. Please note for designs with 250+ drawings there is a minimum order of 100 units. 25 for individual artwork
- Additional screen print colours add $2.00 per item for 2 colours & $3.00 per item for 3 colours.
- PMS colours incur a custom ink mixing fee
- Double-sided Tote Bags: Add $4 per item for printing different artwork on otherside of bag
- DIY Saver discounts don’t apply to individual orders
DIY Saver
Want to get hands-on? Schools can save 50c per item with our DIY Saver. Arrange your design layout using childrens art, handprints, class lists or even the school song lyrics. You can upload digitally or post your completed cardboard layout.
Individual Artwork
Make each student feel like a star with our Individual Artwork option. Each child’s masterpiece is printed in full-colour using eco-friendly, ethically sourced materials. Choose from white or natural cotton tea towel, apron, or tote bag options.

What is the minimum order for a tea towel fundraiser?
Minimum order is 40 per unique design for group artwork, please note for designs with 250+ drawings there is a minimum order of 100 units. 25 for individual artworks in any mix.
Can we create two different designs for different year levels?
Absolutely, each design is priced separately, so you can cater to different groups. Depending on the size of the school we do recommend either 1 design or 2 such as Junior & Senior to increase profit and sales.
How long does the whole process take?
Once we receive your artwork, allow up to 2 weeks to receive your design, once order is approved allow up to 2 weeks for printing plus shipping. Term 4 is the peak print period, we recommend sending in earlier as you will receive your design for review earlier.
Are the tea towels ethically produced?
Yes, our cotton and linen blend tea towels are sustainably sourced, made in a GOTS certified factory, 100% organic and printed using eco-friendly inks.
