When is the best time to run your fundraiser?
While you can run your tea towel fundraiser any time of the year, we’ve done the homework and here’s the hot tip: you’ll get the biggest bang for your effort if you launch in Term 2 or 3. Our data from thousands of schools and childcares shows that projects started in May, June and August bring in up to 50.2% more orders than those squeezed into the Term 4 Christmas chaos. That’s what we call smart fundraising!

- May: 21.4% more sales than November
- June: 50.2% more sales than November
- August: 32.2% more sales than November
With around a 4-week turnaround from when we get your artwork to when you receive your products, planning ahead gives you space to breathe. If you are going for Term 4, be sure to allow an extra 2 weeks lead time.
