How it works

There are two ways to coordinate a tea towel, apron or bag fundraiser:

Custom Design  Let our experienced designers help you create a memorable keepsake using your drawings or handprints. Everyone creates a portrait using pens and cards supplied. Return them to us, we scan each picture, clean up any smudges, enlarge names if necessary and lay out the drawings for you, adding your group’s name and logo to your specifications. A large range of fonts, borders and layout options are available.

DIY Saver – See how creative you can be, your design can be as imaginative, as creative or as simple as you like. You prepare your own design by arranging and sticking your drawings, or prints, logo and text onto a large cardboard sheet which is the exact size of the print area. Return it to us, we add your choice of border to the outside edge and print.
Designs can also be created in a digital format and emailed.

Follow the 5 simple steps below to create your own unique tea towels, aprons or bags and achieve a healthy fundraising goal:

1. Arrange a Coordinator’s Kit

We make it easy for you. We send you a FREE coordinator’s kit including: artwork instructions, drawing cards and pens, promotional material, Coordinator’s Guide, order tally sheet and order form – everything you need to run a successful fundraiser. Alternatively download a Coordinator’s Guide from our website, it contains all the information you need to get started straight away.

2. Start Promoting

We make it easy for you. We send you a FREE coordinator’s kit including: artwork instructions, drawing cards and pens, promotional material, Coordinator’s Guide, order tally sheet and order form – everything you need to run a successful fundraiser. Alternatively download a Coordinator’s Guide from our website, it contains all the information you need to get started straight away.

3. Do your drawings or handprints

1. Custom Design – Everyone draws a picture or does a handprint, using the pens and cards supplied.
2. DIY Saver – You do your artwork on a layout sheet the exact size of the print area. DIY designs can also be created digitally emailed.

4. Send it back and we do the rest

1. Custom Design – Return the kit and your drawings, using the prepaid satchel provided. We will scan and re-size all the drawing or prints as needed, then lay out your unique design for you to your specifications, either in random order or in class groups. The final layout will be ready for you to check and approve 1-2 weeks after we receive your artwork.
2. DIY Saver – Return the completed layout sheet and order details by post or email us your digital artwork. We’ll then add your choice of border.

5. We print and deliver

Once you’ve approved your design the tea towels, aprons or bags will be screen printed and ready to despatch within 2 weeks. Products will arrive individually folded, ready to hand out – order bags are included to assist with easy distribution. If you have a deadline to meet, or live in a remote area, let us know as early as possible.
