She’s the delightful “voice of the company” and is just an all-round delight, our June edition of Meet the Team introduces our Customer Service Manager Lindsay.

Hailing from Nottingham where she worked as an Estate Agent, Lindsay and her husband Dan made the move to our sunny shores nearly 5 years ago where she continued to hone her customer service expertise in the real estate world. Two years ago she joined the Expressions team and has kept the fundraising side of the business running like clockwork ever since. When she’s not at Expressions HQ you’ll find her at the local Crossfit gym or planning her next camping adventure with Dan (if they’re not already at the beach).

Describe a typical day in the office for you? A typical day in the office for me is to reply to any messages or emails I have as promptly as possible and then I’m here to offer advice and support to all of our amazing coordinators. I know the majority of our coordinators are volunteers and understand how important their precious time is and that they want quick and easy responses and every now and then a good old chat – WHICH I LOVE 🙂

What are some of your best insider tips for coordinating a successful fundraiser? The best tip I can offer for a successful fundraiser is to spread the word. The amount of schools who reorder is still pretty high and the majority of that feedback is that a parent missed out. Get our new bright and colourful marketing material out there and let all of your parents hear about what you are offering. Remember the more you order the cheaper they become.
