How it works

There are two ways to coordinate a tea towel, apron or bag fundraiser:

  1. Custom Design - Let our experienced designers help you create a memorable keepsake using your drawings or handprints. Everyone creates a portrait using pens and card supplied. Return them to us, we scan each picture, clean up any smudges, enlarge names if necessary and lay out the drawings for you, adding your group’s name and logo to your specifications. A large range of fonts, borders and layout options are available.

  2. DIY Saver - See how creative you can be, your design can be as imaginative, as creative or as simple as you like. You prepare your own design by arranging and sticking your drawings, or prints, logo and text onto the large cardboard sheets provided (which are the exact size of the print area). Return to us, we add your choice of border to the outside edge and print.
    Designs can also be created in a digital format and emailed.

We send you a Coordinator's Kit

We have made it as easy as possible for you. We send you a free coordinator's kit including - layout sheet or drawing cards and pens, promotional material, coordinators guide, artwork instructions, order tally sheet and order form - everything you need to run a successful fundraiser

Start your promotions

Start promoting the tea towels and collecting your orders. We provide posters and parent letter templates (downloadable here http://expressions.com.au/pricesquestionsmore-info/downloads). Start spreading the word - hand out parent order letters, put a notice in your newsletter, stick up your posters and display your sample tea towel, apron or bag in a common area. You'll be surprised at order numbers as many families will order several for gifts and keepsakes.



Start doing drawings or handprints

  1. Custom Design - Everyone draws a picture or does a handprint, using the pens and cards supplied.
  2. DIY Saver - You draw directly onto the provided layout sheet or onto paper which you then arrange and stick onto the layout sheet when you are happy with your design. Designs can also be created in a digital format and emailed.



Send it back and we do the rest

  1. Custom Design - Return the kit and your drawings, using the prepaid satchel provided. We will scan and resize all the drawing or prints as needed, then lay out your unique design for you to your specifications, either randomly or in class groups. The final layout will be ready for you to check and approve 2-3 weeks after we receive your artwork.
  2. DIY Saver - Return the completed layout sheet and order details by post.

We print and deliver

The tea towels will be screen printed and ready to despatch by TNT courier within 2 working weeks from the time we receive your DIY artwork or written approval on your custom design. The tea towels will be individually folded with bags and labels included. If you have a deadline to meet, or live in a remote area, let us know as early as possible. Payment is not due until 7 days after delivery.
